Mixed Media Figurative Art including Life drawing & Portraiture 

Dates: Sept 22, 29, Oct 13, 20, 27 (5 weeks)

Location: Castle Park Arts Centre in Frodsham

This block will include one or two life drawing sessions to create reference sketches for painting in the remaining sessions. The sessions offer a chance of working with different mediums i.e. acrylic, pastel or oils (or a combination of these) and students can choose between doing a full figure painting or portraiture.

Ideal for a beginner or amateur as full instruction given on drawing techniques, composition and colour theory (i.e. mixing skin tones). If more advanced it is an ideal opportunity to develop and practice or learn new skills.

All artist quality materials provided although students are welcome to bring their own too.

Cost is £67.50 for all 5 weeks payable at first session or £12.50 per session pay as you go. There will be an additional model fee of £5 for the life drawing session(s) payable on the night.
